Hi there Richie. How have you been.
Im not going!
I look forward to you posting your memorial experience.
my lovely girlfriend and i sat down over a homecooked meal, and discussed the pros and cons of attending the memorial.. i decided, with her support, that we would attend.. i spent years of my life pretending to be a witness to please my mother.
when i left the witnesses, my mother said some hurtful things.. and those things really hurt me... for a while.
but i established myself as my own person, developed my own relationships, and have gotten a good start on my own life.. i don't know that i want to hurt my mother back, but i do want to make it abundantly clear to her, my grandmother, and all the members of my former congregation, that richierich is alive and kicking.. and i think that walking into the kingdom hall, dressed respectfully in a suit, yet with full piercing jewelry intact, and with erika wearing something classy that steals the brother's eyes, and draws glares from the humble sisters, will be just the thing to send that message to my mother.. i don't plan on partaking or making a disturbance.

i'm not even going to try to get the spelling right on this one becasue i've just been enjoying the vodka that my wife put in my glass.
it has some oj an cranberry juice in there to.
women that are smart are pretty to.
I used to do that too. However, I would write it all down on paper in lieu of a public message forum on line. LOL The advantage to this is that the following morning you can re-read what you wrote, keep the good and discard the bad. No one has to know you were drunk.
Seriously though, I kind of enjoyed your rant.
Sorry to hear about your old man and your mother. A lot of us have family issues and when you throw a controlling cult in the mix things are bound to get crazy.
in 1996, the year he died, sagan gave a commencement address.
the following is an excerpt from it.

Carl Sagan ROCKS!
well, i thought i'd start a fluff thread for once, so i'm posting here some of my favorite photos from my many trips over the years.
i hope you enjoy them and they inspire you to take awesome pictures on your own travels (or even your own backyard).
[edited to add...let's hope this formatting helps...jgnat].
WOW!
Leolaia is a hell of a photographer. Not to mention she's traveled the world.
Thanks for sharing.
i looked at the preview for tonights episode of cops on fox.
i think that the second half-hour has a segment that i watched before.
in the segment a prostitute is questioned by a police officer.
I saw the COPS "bad girls" episode your talking about. But seriously, her parents could have been any type of practicing religion. Just because their strict, dosen't mean their JDubs.
a preview of what's coming in january is on this link, it sounds scary to me!!!!

Hey, I really enjoyed the site. I like the dark & mysterious vibe it gives off. The only problem is that it will scare away any hardcore JDub. Way to creepy for their pre-programmed conscience.
i don't know if it's been posted before.
it gets hysterically funny toward the end.. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7241030510383279767&q=jehovah&hl=en.
Didn't watch the clip but, I own Life of Brian on DVD. I love that move. It cracks me up every time I watch it. Especially the crusificition scene (I wont give away any details for those of you who havent seen it). If you've watched that YouTube and it made you laugh and you've never seen Life of Brian.....rent the move.
the ridiculous teenager is me.
this story takes me back to 1969, when i was 15 years old.
we were attending the international assembly at wembley stadium, near london, the only time, i think, that wembley was ever used for an assembly.. if youve ever read any of the stories i posted on jwd over the years, youll know that i was never one of those kids growing up in the truth who always had doubts about it or was unhappy and miserable with the religion, just waiting for the chance to get out.
Great story. Thanks for the laugh.
i have the epson stylus photo rx620 and it is probably the worst piece of crap printer i have ever owned!
the problem is with the print heads.
they get clogged but cannot be removed!
About 5 or 6 years ago my mother-in-law and father-in-law bought my wife and I an Epson Stylus 880. It's been functioning flawlessly ever since. The only exception being the time that I found a bunch of my sons small toys loaded into jambing up the works. I print pictures and all of my childrens birthday invitations with it. I couldn't be happier.
I spend the jack and buy the Epson ink also.
Here's to elsewhere finding printer happenies!
could also apply to jehovah's witnesses: http://coverthistory.blogspot.com/2007/02/top-10-signs-youre-fundamentalist.html
Ha Ha Ha! I clicked on the link because I find myself becoming more conservative over time and wondering if "fundamental" ideals are creeping into my behaviors.......Not even close.
I enjoyed that......thanks.
